Well, it seems that as soon as the content on the right becomes longer than the content on the left, it gets bumped down to the bottom of the screen.
Don't make me use tables!

Try adding a float:right and a width:25% (or so) attribute to your #rightcontent style (in the main style sheet). This should allow your tiny blog to get schlurped up into that sidebar.
I think you've got something odd going on with div tags, too. Maybe one that isn't closed or something.
I would suspect that my suggestion will work, but will have an adverse effect on the placement of your "powered by blogger" logo at the bottom.
